Our three-day leadership training program is designed for mid-level supervisors in public agencies. It covers real world HR topics they'll actually face, including: interviewing and hiring the right way, understanding and applying FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and other employment laws; evaluating employee performance and addressing problems early, creating inclusive teams and preventing harassment and discrimination in the workplace, managing conflict, communicating effectively, and building trust with their teams.
